Symptom: On dual-active recovery, the following error messages are seen. Sep 23 03:02:25.528 PDT: %OSPF-SW2-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 220.127.116.11 on TenGigabitEthernet1/1/3 from EXSTART to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Too many retransmissions Sep 23 03:02:34.872 PDT: %OSPF-SW2-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 18.104.22.168 on TenGigabitEthernet1/1/11 from EXSTART to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Too many retransmissions Sep 23 03:03:25.532 PDT: %OSPF-SW2-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 22.214.171.124 on Conditions: On dual-active recovery, after executing "redundancy reload shelf", OSPF errors are seen.
