Description (partial)

IX5000 endpoint shows as no http response and the IX5000 switched to CTS-Man mode

If the TMS does not receive a response to a request for get software version, the TMS blanks out the current software version of the device in its records. When the TMS enforces is management settings to the device, it send the wrong settings.
