Sessmgr crash on standby chassis after ICSR switchover.

Conditions:
1. Bring up ha-mobile-ip call.
2. Send some traffic.
3. Wait for full checkpoint to happen.
4. Then do ICSR switchover.
5. Then after some time this crash is seen in currently standby chassis.
