Description (partial)

Symptom:
The router stops forwarding the traffic once it is loaded with around 20MbPS traffic. It is expected the router to drop the excess traffic but still forward the traffic. However once the issue happens the router not at all forwarding any traffic and a shut/no shut of the cellular interface is required in order to restore the same

Conditions:
Sending high amount of traffic around 20 MbPS through the cellular interface
