Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a customer uses the auto-rollback feature when they're upgrading an image, it will not work. Although the command is accepted by the switch, the functionality of the auto-rollback feature doesn't work as expected.

Conditions:
Use the auto-rollback X feature in "request platform software package install" command.

Example:
request platform software package install switch all file flash:newImage.bin auto-rollback 40 auto-copy

The "auto-rollback 40" feature will not work. After 40 minutes, the stack will not automatically roll back to the previous image.

I think the path it shows /flash/packages.conf.00-- is not correct. It should be flash:/packages.conf.00-.00f Switch#software rollback switch 1 provisioning-file flash:packages.conf.00- [1]: Starting application pre-installation processing [1]: No old package files removed [1]: No new package files added [1]: % Could not create rollback provisioning file /flash/packages.conf.00-.00-. Operation aborted. [1]: % An internal error was encountered. Operation aborted.
