Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASR9k is standby NV satellite host for ASR9000v, one of the ports on satellite is configured as CFM MEP
endpoint.
Active NV sat host router sends CCMs for this MEP to VPLS bridge domain, they are received on Standby NV sat host router and are reported as errors since they have same source MAC and same MEP ID as configured on local router.
