Cisco Bug: CSCuw37508 - No full screen video in conference after performing HoldResume

Symptom: While adding participant in conference perform hold resume action for endpoint B, and then merge, full screen video is not seen in conference initiator endpoint.UI is seen in phone app. Conditions: A is originator, B & C are participants A calls B; B answers A presses the call control bar "ADD" key; B is placed on hold A dials C; C answers A presses "Resume" button now A and B is connected. Now press Merge button Observe the UI on end point A.
