Symptom: Find button is not functioning Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - Device - CTI RoutePoint - Create minimum 51 RoutePoints Go to system - Enterprise Parameter - Set max box list item 50. Go to User Management - Self Provisioning - Here The Find button in CTI routePoint is not functioning. Have attached snapshot. Kindly look into it.
