Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPV6 VIP gets stuck in DAD TENTATIVE state and not passing traffic. We were not able to ping VIP ip address from ACE. Issue still persists even after removing all relevant configuration from ACE. There is major outage on customer network as VIP stopped passing traffic.

Conditions:
VIP is in TENTATIVE state.
Able to reproduce by reapplying the service policy for IPV6 on ACE.
