Description (partial)

Symptom:
When HSRP is configured on L3 port-channel sub-interfaces, the wrong VLAN ID is programmed in hardware. HSRP comes up correctly but this leads to silent packet drop.

Conditions:
When HSRP is configured on L3 port-channel sub-interfaces, the wrong VLAN ID is programmed in hardware. HSRP comes up correctly but this leads to silent packet drop.
