Self Care Portal Version 11.0.1 General Settings never load
I have been using the self care portal General Settings on 2 computers for a couple of months without a problem. Now when a user clicks on the General Settings Tab, the page never loads, just spins. We can click on other tabs without issues, so its not like it locks up. I have looked at  Enterprise Parameters>Default User Local>English United States and  Enterprise Parameters>Show Phone Display Locale>False --  This was set to True, I was not sure which service to reset? Any ideas for Ver 11.0.1 ...
