- Cisco TelePresence Management Server
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: If a user adds rooms back to the the meeting, the same conference number that was deleted in TMS is recreated. When the conference is scheduled to start it will go into a status of "unknown" The users have to log into TMS edit and save in order to get the conference to start. Conditions: Meeting is booked through Outlook with users and rooms. If the the rooms are removed after the meeting was initially scheduled, the meeting is deleted in TMS. The meeting is still scheduled in Outlook with the users that were invited but not the rooms. This works correctly as designed. If a user adds rooms back to the same conference number that was deleted in TMS is recreated. When the conference is scheduled to start it will go into a status of "unknown" .
