Cisco Bug: CSCuw35639 - VXME:DeskPhone service switches to 'use my computer' automatically

Symptom: User set the Jabber to control the Desk phone and when they re-start the jabber client or re-start PC,initially the jabber client connects to desk phone and in few seconds later it automatically switches to 'use my computer' (softphone). This issue will happen only when user re-start PC or Jabber client. If they do not re-start PC or jabber, it connects to desk phone all time without any issue. Steps followed to re-produce the issue + set jabber client to desk phone mode + re-start PC or jabber + login back to jabber + Initially it will connect to desk phone fine + Few minutes later (approx 10 to 20 seconds) it automatically switches to "use my computer". Conditions: VXME and Jabber: v11.0. On every Windows OS ( 7 / 8.1 and 8) the problem appears.
