Description (partial)

ASR1K crash occurred due to a tunnel move. In case of a "WAN " link flap a tunnel could travel across a different interface requiring re-programming of QoS hierarchies.

This is suspected to be a result of fair-queue configuration and a link flap / route change resulting a tunnel to move to a different physical interface.
