Description (partial)

Symptom:
1. Existing OSPF network configuration may be removed on ASA when new service graph is applied.
2. Existing OSPF network configuration may be removed on ASA when a service graph is removed though the ASA interface is still being used by other service graphs.
3. When removing a service graph, the interface config may not be always un-configured though there is no more service graph sharing the interface.

Conditions:
ASA integration with ACI and runs in L3 routed mode with OSPF being the routing protocol. ASA has multiple sub-interfaces forming L3out to ACI fabric, with each sub-interface in a separate context.
