Description (partial)

Symptom:
The line number blinks to alert user of incoming call. Pressing the blinking line number to answer the call, does not work on the 88xx. It locks-up the phone (must be power-cycled).

Conditions:
Application has a background music Phone Service that sends the following command to 88xx phones:

The problem occurs when a call comes into the phone. Pressing the blinking line number to answer the call, does locks-up the phone.
