Description (partial)

Symptom:
NCS currently allows duplicate pre-allocated prefix for two diffirent CPE LAN segments, as shown below:

Duplicate or overlap CPE LAN prefix will result in no connectivity for one of the CPE site. NCS should check that when pre-allocated prefix is used for CPE LAN, IP prefix for the different CPEs are not duplicated or overlap.

Conditions:
CPE LAN pre-allocated prefix configuration.
