Description (partial)

Symptom:
During an upgrade to StarOS Release 18.x in a Universal Chassis, if a required UDPC license is not present, an error message incorrectly refers to expiry of the license and does not identify the license PID that is needed. An example of such a message follows:

License install check: Version [18], total_udpc [12]
       Version: 16, Init PID: 12, Upgrade PID: 0
       Version: 17, Init PID: 0, Upgrade PID: 0
       Version: 18, Init PID: 0, Upgrade PID: 0
License install check: Upgrade Validation failed, Version [18], total_udpc [12]
       Version: 16, Init PID: 12, Upgrade PID: 0
       Version: 17, Init PID: 0, Upgrade PID: 0
       Version: 18, Init PID: 0, Upgrade PID: 0
