Description (partial)

Symptom:
In the "Unified CCX Outbound Dialer Configuration" guide we are told that when importing a contact list we have up to 7 fields. "A contact list can contain up to 7 fields: AccountNumber, FirstName, LastName, Phone1, Phone2, Phone 3 and DialTime." But, the IVR Based - Progressive Campaign only offers five fields. Fields missing = "Phone1" and "Phone2"

Conditions:
UCCX "Unified CCX Outbound Dialer Configuration" does not provide accurate information related to outbound campaigns. The IVR Based - Progressive campaign only offers AccountNumber, FirstName, LastName, Phone1, and DialTime. However, only four of those five fields are available because "DialTime" cannot be used due to this defect: CSCuv71820
