Symptom:
Cisco Jabber has Stopped Dialog displays if the Jabber Login Screen skipped in Background.

Conditions:
This issue is always reproducible. Conditions to reproduce the issue mentioned below.
1. Have the Endpoint connected to Open Wi-Fi and able to access the Internet
