Symptom: once the agent forward the emails which are received by the integrated Queue, after choosing multiple emails at the same time (using the shift button) and forwarding to another email address, the email forwarded are working fine, however the agent doesn't get elected again for another email. Conditions: integrated Queue forwarding multiple emails at the same time by choosing the emails from the inbox, then clicking forward, then send and complete.
