Symptom:

Site admin enable "Custom Branding" option in Branding Type page via Brand tool. Then host login the site with Chinese page language, then start a meeting (MC), the UI language of Meeting Manager is English. 

Once changed option back to "WebEx Branding", host won't face the problem in windows computer, but will still face the problem in Mac computer.

==Steps to Reproduce==
a. Site admin login the https://sitename.webex.com.cn/brand page.
b. Go to Branding Type page, change default option "WebEx Branding" to "Custom Branding" option, save the change. 
c. Host login the webex site, and make sure the page language is Chinese.
d. Schedule a Meeting Center meeting and start it.

Expected result: UI language of meeting manager is same as page language of host end.
Actual result:  Page language UI language of host end is Chinese, but UI language of meeting manager is English.
