Description (partial)

Symptom:
CE emulated devices can't ping each other through the Provider Bridge

Conditions:
Two EFPs (service instance) are configured on Provider Bridge. Each CE facing interface is put into separate EFP. A single bridge-domain is configured and both interfaces are part of this bridge-domain. EFPs are configured to push an S-tag on top of CE packets and bridge-domain id represents that topmost tag:
