Description (partial)

Symptom:
When video is playing in external monitor in extended display mode, audio will be routing to Endpoint. When we get a call on Endpoint, audio and call incoming tone are merging and playing together.

Even after attending call, audio is not paused. Call audio and video's audio are routing to Hook/Speaker.

Conditions:
1. Connect Endpoint to External monitor with HDMI cable
2. Connect Mouse to Endpoint
3. Add few videos to Endpoint
