Description (partial)

Symptom:
iSCSI login failed during RHEL 7.0/7.1 boot on UCS Blade servers

Conditions:
1) UCS C3160 is Deployed as Storage Appliance with UCSM 2.2(5a)

2) Windows 2012 R2 is installed in UCS C3160 Rack server

3) iSCSI storage is configured in the UCS C3160 Server

4) UCS B200 M4, B260 M4, B460 M4 servers are configured to use the iSCSI target boot from UCS C3160 server

5) iSCSI target LUNs are detected in the B-series servers and installed with RHEL 7.0/RHEL 7.1 OS

6) Upon successful completion of RHEL 7.0/RHEL 7.1  installation, server fails to boot showing "Unable to login to iSCSI'
