TMS ACLUser table can get into a situation where there is a duplicate ADGuid which will eventually cause AD Sync failure.

Other defects with ADGuid in ACLUser table.

Scenario to cause duplicate ADGuid is as follows and easily reproducible:
1. Ensure AD Sync in on in TMS
2. Log into tms with user domain/user
3. Run AD User sync ensuring ACLUser table includes ADGuid for this user.
4. Turn AD Sync off in TMS and Log out of user.
5. Go into AD and update the username "domain/user" ----> "domain/user_changed"
5. Log back into TMS with new username, ensure ACLUser table is updated with new UserID
6. Turn ADSync back on in TMS, when it runs it populates the ADGuid now causing duplicate ADGuid
7. Try to run ADSync again in TMS and it will fail due to duplicate ADGuid.

Could possibly happen when TMS loses connection to AD instead of it intentionally being turned off, and a user in AD is updated (like a username change) during the connection failure.
