Description (partial)

Symptom:
In ACS 5.7 we can define sftp repository and use rsa crypto keys to authenticate rather than using a password. That feature works just fine but the problem is seen when we use that repository for schedule backups. There is absolutely no issue when we run manual backups.
The problem that we identified was scheduled backups are run by different user so ACS is trying to locate the crypto keys in that user's directory. So when a schedule backup runs it normally timesout.

Conditions:
schedule backups are affected
