Description (partial)
Symptom: Occasionally, PnP server become not responsive after service chains with CPEs are created. The CPEs are sending PnP messages; 'show pnp profile' on the CPE showed that the TX/RX messages count increased with the timestamp updated; but on the NCS 'show pnp list' command, the 'LAST CONTACT' for each CPE is not updating. The pnp trace log for each CPE also not showing anything. Conditions: On boarding CPEs.
