Cisco Bug: CSCuw32049 - callhome send-test-alert should inform user that no e-mail is configured

Description (partial)

Symptom:
1) No e-mail is received when send-test-alert is executed from within the monitoring/callhome scope.
2) The following two faults are seen in UCS Manager and the CLI:

3) Show logging log shows the following message:

%KERN-2-SYSTEM_MSG: [ 4828.104091] can_wait_specific_msg: Aborting call (SAP XXXX, pid XXXX). Another thread is also waiting for a specific msg. - kernel

Conditions:
1) Callhome enabled and general settings configured.
2) No recipients/destinations/e-mails added to one of the non-CiscoTAC profiles.
