Description (partial)
Symptom: If PSTN service provider disconnects the call with ISDN cause code 19 , i.e. when jabber user does not answer and call times out after 2 minutes, Jabber does not mark this call as a missed call in call history. Conditions: Happens only when jabber is being used in deskphone mode. Issue not seen in softphone mode.
