Description (partial)

Symptom:
A radio in a 1530 or 700 series access point may reset, dropping packets, with messages
similar to one or both of the following.  This is seen despite strong SNR:

ath_handle_intr: --- TX Hang detected resetting chip --- 

and/or:

"abnormal nav value found 0x14CD0C7" (the hex address value may vary)

Conditions:
1530 or 700 series AP (other models not affected.)
