Symptom:
A Media Server reports a core file dump core-video-1_1.##### file, and the video from a camera is interrupted for a 1-2 seconds.

Conditions:
This issue can occur when the video stream from a camera streaming H.264 video delivers an incomplete or corrupted H.264 header, and under a limited condition the incomplete data is processed instead of being rejected; while trying process the incomplete frame the software runs into a fault and the process handling the camera crashes.
