Description (partial)

Symptom:
-  When 'Client to Gateway' VPN is configured with split-tunneling, only the first iOS/MacOS client can connect
-  Subsequent iOS/MacOS clients connections won't complete
-  The connection starts, but times out

Conditions:
-  Client to Gateway VPN is configured
-  Split-tunneling is used
-  Connecting with iOS/MacOS built-in client
