Symptom:
Following message are seen 

During terminating
sam_server[374]: %SECURITY-SAM-4-CAUGHT_SIGNAL : server terminating.. 
sam_server[374]: %SECURITY-SAM-6-ERR_2_PARAM : SAM Backup [17]: 'Software Authentication Manager' detected the 'warning' condition 'Cannot set flash file status' , /dev/shmem/sam_sysdb_tables 
sam_server[374]: %SECURITY-SAM-6-ERR_1_PARAM : Error save backup for SAM sysdb name space 

During restarting
sam_server[374]: %SECURITY-SAM-6-ERR_2_PARAM : SAM Backup [17]: 'Software Authentication Manager' detected the 'warning' condition 'Cannot set flash file status' , /dev/shmem/sam_sysdb_tables 
sam_server[374]: %SECURITY-SAM-6-ERR_1_PARAM : Error save backup for SAM sysdb name space 
sam_server[374]: %SECURITY-SAM-4-SYSDB_INTEGRITY : Cannot guarantee the integrity of SAM SysDB name space, SAM internal tables had been discarded, and will try to recover from backup files.
