Description (partial)

It is a chip limitation on N3000 N3100 and N9000

Symptom:
When there is an additional Layer 2 link between two vPC peers.Traffic destined to the peer's MAC address which should be forwarded via the Layer 2 link would be dropped at Local device.

For example:

L3device---------N3K-1========N3K-2
There are two links between N3K-1 and N3K-2.One for vPC-peerlink(do not allow vlan 1) , the other one for normal layer 2 trunk(allow vlan 1).
There is one link between L3device and N3K-1, assuming an access link which allow vlan 1 to pass.
While launching Ping from L3device to the SVI 1 on N3K-1, we got !!!!!.
While launching Ping from L3device to the SVI 1 on N3K-2, we got .....

Conditions:
When normal Layer 2 link and vPC-peerlink co-exist between two Peers
All software version hit this issue
