Description (partial)

Symptom:
Able to delete Default Resource Priority Namespace Network Domain

Conditions:
Go to ccmadmin - System - MLPP - Namespace - Resource Priority Namespace Network Domain - Add new - enter Name - click save - Getting Add successful message (It becomes Default one).
Now create one more Resource Priority Namespace Network Domain. Then go to Find and List of Resource Priority Namespace Network Domain - Click on Default Resource Priority Namespace Network Domain - Now hit delete from configuration message - Getting error that cant delete it.

Now delete 2nd Resource Priority Namespace Network Domain - Then again try above step - Able to delete the default Resource Priority Namespace Network Domain.
