Description (partial)

Symptom:
When CPO is installed with optusr as runtime user, the Apache Web Server and SnmpTrapService run as root.
It is not possible to make the SnmpTrapService run as optusr even if the Snmp trap port is changed to a value greater than 1024.

Conditions:
CPO installed with optusr as runtime user.
