Description (partial)

Symptom:
The availability status while user logs into Jabber is not correctly shown if device is registered over WiFi.

Conditions:
Frequency: Issue is always reproducible.
Issue is observed only when device is registered over Wi-Fi. If device is registered over Ethernet, issue is not observed.
