SVI input/output packets counters as well 5 min input/output rate are inaccurate:
Switch#sh inter vlan 100 | i packe
  5 minute input rate 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec
  5 minute output rate 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec
     1 packets input, 60 bytes, 0 no buffer
     1 packets output, 64 bytes, 0 underruns

Traffic destined to SVI IP address is reflected in counters properly, but routed traffic is not seen.
