Symptom:
High CPU When Polling ciscoEntitySensorMIB (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.91)

50-70% cpu utilization while polling this MIB with 500 FEX interfaces up on the system.  This can result in bursty high CPU and can attribute to high CPU average observed over a long period of time

Conditions:
526 FEX HIF's connected and polling ciscoEntitySensorMIB (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.91)
