Description (partial)

Symptom:
BVI IP protocol state is down on standby MLACP host, eventhough one of the PW is up.  According to architecture, BVI state should be up if one of the AC or PW is up.

Conditions:
MLACP with BVI and VPLS. Issue is only on standby MLACP host

ASR 9006 Standby RSP rebooting again and again
Hello All, We have ASR 9006 and its ak9-rsp-4g is not stable in standby mode. It's rebooting again and again. If i remove my Active rsp then it is coming to active state and remains stable.
