Description (partial)

Symptom:
When trying to enable an outage the until time automatically populates an until date and time.  When choosing a future date to enable the outage and when you uncheck the Enable connection at end of outage time window and click ok you get an invalid date.

Conditions:
Steps to reproduce:
1.  Create an outage with a From date after the Until date and time
2.  Remove the check mark from Enable connection at the end of outage time window
3.  Note the Until date and time is grayed out
4.  Click OK and see the invalid date error
