Symptom:
RSM IP Address Change:

To change the IP address used by the VLEngine and PhoneSim RSM services on the RSM server:

1. Open the registry editor by clicking on the Start Menu, typing in "regedit" (without quotes), and hitting return;
2. Navigate to the following destination in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Cisco Systems, Inc.\Remote Silent Monitoring

3. Double-click the entry labeled "PhoneSim_HostDataIP" and change the IP address to the new RSM server address
4. Double-click the entry labeled "VLEngine_HostDataIP" and change the IP address to the new RSM server address
5. Restart the VLEngine and PhoneSim services

Also, make sure you change the CVP/IP-IVR scripts to point to the right RSM IP.
