Description (partial)

Symptom:
Offhook dial fail because phone responds "500 Internal Server Error" to KPML SUBSCRIBE.

Conditions:
If the SIP message arrives at phone between phone sending Keep-Alive SIP REGISTER message and receiving the 200 OK response, phone can't handle it, this will make the basic call failed.

In enterprise mode, this is not a big issue as the interval between keep-alive REGISTER and 200 OK is short,
But in CE/Huron mode, the interval will be longer (usually 20-30ms), or even longer according to network condition, so the possibility for this issue to happen is bigger.
