Description (partial)

Symptom:
Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) service on Cisco WSA incorrectly treats requests as "Unscannable" when AMP is unable to reach the cloud server
-- If access policies have "Unscannable" configured to "Block" then WSA will block such requests

Conditions:
1) Advanced File Reputation filters enabled on Cisco WSA
2) Connectivity issues seen between WSA and the Cloud server
