Description (partial)

Symptom:
After enable a span session for a Port-channel source in vPC with N77-F348XP-23 physical port in module 1 and destination port in module 6 (both modules N77-F348XP-23) a core crash is created for both modules. they are restored after reload crash reload.

Conditions:
Span session turned on on F2,F2-E and F3 cards without any vlan filtering and with huge amount of vlans 

Problem reproduced with the next conditions:
HW:
1 x N77-SUP2E
2 x N77-F348XP-23
1 x N77-C7706-FAB-2
1 x N77-C7709

2 VDCs were created , 1 for SPINE Fabric Path VDC 1 for LEAF Fabric Path VDC
Problem occurs on LEAF VDC just after we do 'no shut' under the monitor session config mode

problem was reproduced on 6.2(8a) and 6.2(10) and 6.2(12)

Problem is also present on F3 cards and the bug associated is:CSCuv40883
