Cisco Bug: CSCuw22160 - IX5000 fails to respond back to HTTP(S) XML SOAP queries from TMS

Description (partial)

Symptom:
IX5000 gets POST messages from TMS, processes them and replies on an application layer, but the reply is never sent out on a network layer back to TMS (intermittently). TMS sends HTTP POST (SOAP XML) messages to IX5000 periodically as a keep-alive. Common messages are ?sendHello?, ?getVersion? and ?sendSRSystemInfo?. These can be seen in a WireShark capture as "POST /cgi-bin/tbcss/CalendarService HTTP/1.1" in the packet ?Info? field. If the IX5000 fails to respond to the POST message from TMS, the IX5000 will show a status of ?No HTTP response? in TMS navigator. If the IX5000 fails to respond to a ?getVersion? request (either network or IX5000 processing failure), TMS will still show as ?No HTTP response? and will clear the current version of the IX5000 stored on TMS until it can confirm and update from the IX5000. (The software version of the IX5000 will be unknown to TMS during this state). 

As a ripple effect, the IX5000 can toggle to CTS-man mode from TMS mode and can cause intermittent HTTP communication issues, such as ?No HTTP response? and other issues such as failures to schedule or launch IX5000 scheduled calls.
