Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASCII/NON-ASCII Values for the Internal Caller ID are not both in service templates
?Display? is created from the domain rule while  ?ASCII Display? comes from the service template. 

In fact that these are 2 values it is very confusing for customers to have this separation. In addition thereĀ“s (afaik) no way to tweak the LineDisplayString in a way we can do it for a service template (e.g. ${LASTNAME} ${FIRSTNAME}(1). = Lehmann A.), which is a very common used feature.
