Symptom: when troubleshooting the Jabber for iPhone case, customer provisioned the phone service domain internally however it disappeared some time and we could not find the cachedTFTPConfigStore.xml from the PRT. we cannot tell whether the Jabber was reset or something else in the iPhone causing issue. customer asked new feature to trace the cachedTFTPConfigStore.xml and the reset behavior in the PRT. Conditions: WebEx cloud + on-premise CUCM + Collab Edge and the Jabber-config.xml is provision internally with the phone service domain.
