Cisco Bug: CSCuw20241 - CUAC-S, BLF does not auto-update for EM Profile login with CSF device

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Scenario A - Problematic Design
If you have a setup as below: 
- Device A - static device with a extension 1234, and em is enabled
- CSF device - DN 2005
- EM Profile - DN 2005
association with your CUACS application user and use the following scenario: 

- CSF Device not registered
- Device A has the EM Profile signed in

Operator logs in, then BLF is displayed for user with EM Profile extension. 

- EM Profile signs out of Device A

BLF disappears as expected

- EM Profile signs back in to Device A 

BLF fails to return to the console

- CSF Device logs in

BLF is displayed

Scenario B - Resolves BLF displaying for EM Profile sign in and sign out
If you have a setup as below: 
- Device A - static device with a extension 1234, and em is enabled
- EM Profile - DN 2005
----- REMOVED from Application user - CSF device - DN 2005
association with your CUACS application user and use the following scenario: 

- CSF Device not registered
- Device A has the EM Profile signed in

Operator logs in, then BLF is displayed for user with EM Profile extension. 

- EM Profile signs out of Device A

BLF disappears as expected

- EM Profile signs back in to Device A


BLF updates within the console, and the same can be repeated without issue. As soon as the CSF device is associated, if it's unregistered BLF will fail to update after that initial EM profile logout regardless of whether it's logged back in or out.

Conditions:
Application user on CUCM which talks to the CUAC-S console has the following devices controlled:

Under Controlled Devices
-	Jabber CSF device with Extension 2005
CTI Controlled Device Profiles
-	Device profile for Cisco 9951 phone with Extension 2005 for Extension Mobility Login

BLF Status unavailable in CUAC Advanced
Hi, We have recently deployed CUAC Advanced 10.5.2.10-15 . On our CUCM v10.5.1, we have users with extension mobility profiles and Jabber CSF profiles associated with their user accounts. Now, BLF status for these users is not available in CUAC console. And upon checking "Contact Details" of any contact, as attached, we notice that CUAC always associates "CSF..." to the main extension and tries to monitor that device for BLF status. So although the person may have logged in to EM, BLF status is not ...
